Michelle has helped me to learn what it means to be mindful, and how mindfulness can provide a strong foundation for coping with the things that happen in life. She is very easy to talk to, and discusses issues in a thoughtful and caring manner.

In group therapy, Michelle created a safe environment for us to share our stories. I learned more about myself through discussions about our individual and collective challenges, struggles, and successes. I experienced the relief of not being alone and strength from the support of the group. Michelle was an expert facilitator, guiding us through focused conversations and activities.
